from the chillies combines beautifully with the smoked

paprika and fresh garlic – seriously addictive!

Smokey with a spicy heat, the caraway seeds give a subtle

aniseed flavour to finish. Handmade using wild Dorset

venison, this pepperoni is smoked over oak for 3 days before

air-drying.

Made using wild Dorset venison, foraged sloes, fresh garlic

and a good glug of red wine. Smoked over oak chips for 3

days.

Fantastic free range pork salami made using Dorset Blue

Vinny local cheese, combined with sweet fig.*Don’t be

alarmed! Blue, green and grey mould is perfectly normal and

intentional to add to the salami’s depth of flavour.
